Here is information regarding a local race hosted by Inside Track on October 30th. Please feel free to pass along to your athletes and families.

Hello Coaches, Teachers and School Personnel;
Inside Track is hosting a fun Halloween themed cross country race on Monday, Oct. 30, 2017 to Benefit Blackstock Jr. High’s cross country team.
The Pumpkin Run – Blackstock Cross Country Invitational is open to all 3rd – 5th grade (Elementary Mile) and 6th – 8th grade (Middle School 3K) boys and girls. Athletes need not be affiliated with a school/club team to run.
Individuals may sign up online @Blackstock Pumpkin Run for $5.00 each + reg. fee.
Teams may sign-up with a minimum of 5 athletes and coach for $3.00 per athlete.
Medals awarded to top 15 runners in each race: Elementary Girls Mile, Elementary Boys Mile, Middle School Girls 3K, and Middle School Boys 3K. Trophies awarded to 1st Place team in each race and top 7 runners for each winning team will receive mini pumpkins.
This is a fun after-school race at Oxnard Beach Park on Harbor Blvd. and a great chance for some of your back runners to receive individual medals or team trophy and mini pumpkins!
If signing up as a team, please use Hytek race management program and email to info@insidetrackventura.com, (if you do not have Hytek, send athletes’ name, gender, age, birthdate in an excel spreadsheet). Please have athletes’ parent complete and sign the liability waiver on page two of attached flyer.
We were thinking about offering a coaches/parents race just for fun after the kids’ races. If you would be interested in running, let us know.
